Terms and Conditions of Contest

Contest officially starts at 12:01 AM (Pacific Daylight Time) on April 1, 2010 and continues until a 60 day notification of its ending is posted on http://www.affinitycarrentals.com . The Sponsor of this contest is Affinity Luxury Exotic Car Rental. The contest shall be subject to these Official Rules, and by entering, all participants agree to be bound by the terms and conditions herein. Certain restrictions may apply. A new draw will take place on the first business day following each month end until 60 days notice of the contest ceasing is posted. The contest will continue through the 60 day notice period.

This Contest is open to those who have made a car rental reservation through http://www.affinitycarrentals.com , and have completed the transaction by renting a vehicle from the car rental agency with which the reservation was made. This rental may only be used once for the purpose of entering the contest. As well, a customer who does not reserve through Affinity Luxury Exotic Car Rental and still wishes to enter the contest can do so by completing a survey / rental request/ reservation form with his/her information and entering in the Comments field "Enter Contest". The contest is also open to those that have rented within the last year from Affinity Luxury Exotic Car Rental. The contest is not open to the officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents or affiliate agencies listed on http://www.affinitycarrentals.com . As well the immediate family members of those listed above are not eligible.
All federal, provincial and local rules and regulations apply. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

You will automatically be entered by completing a survey and/or making a reservation on http://www.affinitycarrentals.com . The email will be sent to you the day after the scheduled drop off date of the car rental reservation completion. This email will ask you to complete the survey based on your rental experience with the particular rental agency. You can enter the contest by responding to the email sent to you by one of the agencies listed on Affinity Luxury Exotic Car Rental, or you may also enter by rating one of the agencies listed on Affinity Luxury Exotic Car Rental.

The monthly winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries on or about the first business day after the month end from all the survey / reservation / request emails received during the previous month. The monthly prize winner will be notified by phone, email, or regular mail. Each monthly winner will required to execute and return a Publicity Release form within 3 days of issuance. Failure to comply with this provision may result in the winner being disqualified and an alternate winner selected. If a prize notification or a prize is returned as undeliverable for any reason, the applicable prize will be awarded to an alternate winner. Prizes are not transferable or assignable.

All Federal, provincial, local or other tax liabilities are the sole responsibility of the winners. Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission (except where prohibited by law) to use the winner's name, address (city and province only), photograph, likeness and statements for advertising, promotional or publicity purposes without additional compensation or limitation.

The Sponsors and any and all Internet server(s) and access provider(s) (collectively, "Promotion Entities"), and each of their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, parent corporations and advertising and promotional agencies, and all of their officers, directors, shareholders, employees and agents (collectively, "Release's") are not responsible for: any incorrect or inaccurate entry information; human errors; technical malfunctions; failures, omissions, interruptions, deletions or defects of any telephone network, computer online systems, computer equipment, servers, providers, or software, including without limitation any injury or damage to participant's or any other person's computer relating to or resulting from participation in the contest; inability to access the Entry Site; theft, tampering, destruction, or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries; data that is processed late or incorrectly or is incomplete or lost due to telephone, computer or electronic malfunction or traffic congestion on telephone lines or the Internet or any web site (including the Entry Site) or for any other reason whatsoever; printing or other errors; or any combination thereof. Proof of entering information at Entry Site is not considered proof of delivery or receipt. Illegible, incomplete, and duplicate entries will be disqualified. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. False, fraudulent or deceptive entries or acts shall render entrants ineligible. By entering the contest, entrants affirm that they have read and accepted these Official Rules. Any entry information collected from the contest shall be used only in a manner consistent with the consent given by entrants at the time of the entry, with these Official Rules.

The prize will be awarded monthly until the contest is over.
The odds of winning a prize are determined by the total number of eligible entries received.

Limit one (1) prize per person and per household. The prize is awarded as delivered.

The prize will be paid by Affinity Luxury Exotic Car Rental company check or a credit card "credit" solely at the discretion of Affinity Luxury Exotic Car Rental.

Entrants release and waive any claim they may have against Releases and their respective employees, officers, directors, shareholders, affiliates, subsidiaries, parent and related companies, distributors, dealers and agencies and their respective successors and assigns for injuries, claims, damages or losses, costs or expenses of any kind resulting from acceptance of or possession of or arising out of use or misuse of a Prize or parts thereof or from participation in this Contest.

Entrants release and waive any claim they may have against Releases and their respective employees, officers, directors, shareholders, affiliates, subsidiaries, parent and related companies, distributors, dealers and agencies and their respective successors and assigns for injuries, claims, damages or losses, costs or expenses of any kind resulting from acceptance of or possession of or arising out of use or misuse of a Prize or parts thereof or from participation in this Contest.
